HAPPY EARTH DAY EVERYONE! I hope you all did something good for the plant you live on. I recylced!! but i do that everyday with my water bottles, and paper. So tonight I went to the gym and worked out my shoulders because i want cameron diaz’s freaking arms! I hit the work out pretty hard and increased my weight on all of the work outs since I want to get stronger and take this to a more serious level. I have a photoshoot for fun fitness coming up and i keep putting it off since i feel that i need to be more tone. Also, I did 15 minutes on the stair thing. With getting tone in mind, Im eating healthier.
Breakfast: yoplus honey oat + blueberries + strawberries + kiwi + banana = delux fruit yumminess! creating my own style of the fruitarian diet but once again in the way i need to pack more muscle but maybe keep the fat away!
Drank 2 FULL glasses while I got ready for the day and took off
After class: banana with peanut butter & a piece of turkey lunch meat
I filled up my water bottle 3 times between classes
Errand snack: stopped at WHITE BERRY!!! woo hoo im already addicted after the first visit. I have a 6oz FIT pomagrante blueberry frozen yogurt with black berries & raspberries :)
2 more bottles of water. btw, I keep refilling them not using a fresh one! water is water people!!
Dinner: subway footlong ham, with swiss cheese, honey oat bread, light mayo, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olive, green peppers & to top it all off sweet onion sauce!
today was pretty basic, woke up went to class, stopped by my old high school to pick some paper work, grabbed my sister, went to see the puppy i want to buy and talked to the seller, got white berry, justin brought me dinner after his time with his new clients personal training, went to the mall ( haul coming soon!!) painted my nails in the essie van’d go!! loves it! now mario baudescu (sp) super collegen mask! homework and bed for a crazy day tomorrow I will post if i can tomorrow. I work at both jobs so I wont be eating like i normally do. but it will be helpful for all you busy bees out there! keep me posted if you want me to blog more about something

This morning I was in a rush to go fishing so i grabbed an organic fruit snack from archer farms ( the target brand) and a special k blueberry bar. Went fishing with Justin. I caught a lady fish, 4 lizard fish, and a Bonita. I also caught a cow fish by playing with it with the shrimp on my hook but didn’t let it get a good bite on because they are a pain to unhook but they’re suppperrr cute! After fishing Justin and I went downtown and went to a frozen yogurt place called white berry. It was sooo yummy. The frozen yogurt is 90 calories, organic & healthyy! I got a 4oz serving with raspberries, blueberries, and kiwi!! Then we went to whole foods, I got a salad weighting in at almost a pound and we tried an odd drink that’s really good for your body. synergy i want to say its called i may be wrong. there’s a Chinese tea in it called kamboosha ? it tasted like wine and vinegar i wasn’t super fond of it. When we got home we rushed off to gym. I did 5 minutes warm up on the elliptical, then did biceps and triceps mostly on all the weight machines in the gym then with free weight work outs all increasing my weight on each set. I was there for an hour in a half. I went home got to hang out with my family and 8 month old nephew. Then did home work and enjoyed my grande skinny cinnamon dolce latte with an extra shot of espresso. yummmm. gotta love college!!
